Rocsii’s commitment to workforce development and empowerment, especially through grassroots initiatives, drives the mission forward, ensuring impactful and sustainable results.

Chris Woolley

Executive Director

Chris Woolley is a reentry leader and advocate with extensive experience in supporting individuals transitioning from incarceration back into society. His hands-on approach to community engagement and workforce reintegration efforts has empowered over 400 individuals, providing rides, jobs, housing, and sustainable resources. His leadership in reentry programming and advocacy makes him a crucial asset to the board.

Christophe Woolley

Intern 

Christophe Woolley is a dedicated student-athlete, honor roll student, and young leader with a heart for service. He runs track, plays football, and balances his athletic commitments with strong academic performance. As the CEO of The Source LA Kids, Christophe is passionate about mentoring children with disabilities and helping them access resources, opportunities, and encouragement. He also actively serves at his church, where he continues to grow in his faith and commitment to giving back to others.

Amanda Watts is a seasoned social worker with a deep focus on youth justice. With her background in advocating for at-risk youth, Amanda’s expertise in social work and youth justice brings valuable insight into supporting underserved communities and addressing systemic challenges. Her experience in youth advocacy strengthens the organization’s mission to empower the next generation of leaders.

Andrew Alvarado

Board Member

Andrew J. Alvarado is the founder and CEO of Juus Reviews and President of The Source LA Youth. A 2024 high school graduate, Andrew chose to follow in his mother’s footsteps as a full-time entrepreneur. Since graduation, he has held two executive roles, serving as an executive assistant to the President of the Black Professionals Network and working as a medical administrator for an esteemed dental practice. Driven by ambition and creativity, Andrew aspires to become a profitable shoe resale entrepreneur and a YouTuber, traveling the world and sharing his experiences. His passion for business and storytelling continues to fuel his journey toward success.
